Physical Demands

Work on secondary conductors
Work on primary conductors
Work on Transformer Banks
Leadership
Direct Others in the Safe Completion of Work
Minimum of 5-years Lineman Experience
Lead a Crew to Meet Goals and Budgets
Conducts Effective Pre-job Briefings
Maintain a CDL with a Standard Endorsement (preferred)
Obtain and Maintain Required Switching Eligibilities
Lead Crews on Storm Restoration Efforts
Direct Troubleshooting on Primary and Secondary Conductors
Demonstrate Good Communication Skills
Follow Directions as Required
Work Overtime as Required
Maintains Vehicles/Equipment in Good Working Condition
Read and Follow Drawing and Blue Prints
Make One Calls Before Digging
Do Time, Inspections and Other Reports
Perform other duties as needed
Travel
Maintain a CDL with a Standard Endorsement
Work Storm Restoration Work as Required
Stay away from home on extended Storm Restoration efforts
