We are looking for dedicated House Moms to minister hope with grace to women and children in our maternity homes for a one-year commitment period.
As a House Mom, you will:
- Provide a nurturing and safe home environment
- Offer encouragement and support to expectant and new mothers
- Help create a fresh start for women seeking stability and hope

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, loving, and structured home environment.
- Transport residents to medical and educational appointments
- Supervise program activities
- Ensure household care and maintenance is successfully achieved
- Model appropriate home care and parenting to residents
- Participate in staffing meetings as required
- Organize and dispense donations as needed
- Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Respond to emergency situations as needed Dispense medications
- Meet health and DCF department requirements
- Provide accurate records of activities while in the home
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with women and children.
- Ability to mentor and educate on various life skills.
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus.
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire individuals on their personal journeys.
- Organizational skills to manage daily activities and events efficiently.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
