Picker Details:

Temporary position
-
$16.25 to $18.69 /hour
-
Full Time and Part Time work available

Weekend work required
-
Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)

Job Details: Pick and retrieve products accurately using an RF scan gun to fulfill customer orders.

Navigate a multi-level warehouse, including frequent stair climbing and working at heights.

Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.

Meet productivity and accuracy goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.
Picker Qualifications:
-
Previous warehouse, distribution center, order picking, or packing experience preferred.
-
Experience using RF scan guns or similar inventory tracking technology.

Ability to safely climb stairs frequently and work at heights in a multi-level warehouse.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

Must communicate effectively in English and have reliable transportation to the Mt. Juliet, TN worksite.
