Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
Follow up with prospective customers using phone, email, and text
Learn and apply proven sales processes and product knowledge
Work alongside Sales Management to achieve individual and dealership goals
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver's license and ability to meet our insurance eligibility requirements
Ability to use your own laptop for daily operations
