What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, dependable Lead RBT who is bilingual in Spanish, leads by example, inspires others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality ABA services. You’ll serve as trusted support to both your team and BCBAs, helping ensure consistency, professionalism, and clinical excellence across cases.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
As a Lead RBT, you will provide high-quality 1:1 therapy while supporting and guiding fellow RBTs, modeling best practices, and assisting BCBAs in ensuring consistent, ethical, and effective treatment implementation. This role is ideal for an experienced RBT ready to step into leadership while continuing to make a meaningful impact with clients every day.
Role Overview:
Leadership & Strategy
• Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery while upholding the center’s clinical standards and supporting consistent, high-quality care.
• Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, professionalism, and alignment to ethical, client-centered practices.
Team Development & Culture
• Mentor and support RBTs through hands-on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to strengthen clinical skills and professional growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture that promotes inclusion, teamwork, and continuous development.
Program Oversight
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with accuracy, ensuring skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs are delivered consistently.
• Maintain treatment integrity and adherence to organizational and ethical standards across all client sessions.
Quality Assurance & Outcomes
• Collect, maintain, and review accurate behavioral data to monitor client progress effectively.
• Communicate key trends, barriers, and successes to the supervising BCBA to support data-driven clinical decisions and improved outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration
• Maintain clear, professional communication with families regarding client progress and daily session updates.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure coordinated care while representing the center’s mission and values in all interactions.
What Sets You Apart
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings, including demonstrated leadership or peer mentorship experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention implementation, data collection, along with excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for mentoring and delivering high-quality care.
