What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will drive case acceptance and deliver an exceptional patient experience by:
Owning the case presentation for all treatment plans, including large, comprehensive, and elective cases (implants, full-arch, cosmetic, restorative)
Building genuine rapport and helping patients see the value of investing in their care
Leading financial conversations with confidence and guiding patients through payment & financing options
Following up with unscheduled treatment to drive case acceptance
Owning your case acceptance metrics — tracking and improving them
Greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, and delivering a welcoming front-office experience
Scheduling and coordinating future appointments based on provider availability and treatment needs
Reviewing insurance benefits and estimating patient out-of-pocket costs as part of the financial conversation
Partnering with clinical providers to translate diagnoses into clear, compelling plans
Maintaining accurate patient records, notes, and financial agreements in the dental software
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Squire Dental financial policies
Supporting a positive, team-oriented culture and helping the front office run smoothly
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record presenting and closing high-value, elective, or self-pay services (dental treatment coordination strongly preferred; aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, orthodontic, premium medical, or high-end sales also considered)
Excellent verbal communication and a consultative, relationship-first style
Comfort with financial conversations and objection handling
Strong organizational skills and comfort with front-office and scheduling responsibilities
Preferred:
Experience presenting large treatment plans in general, cosmetic, implant, or specialty settings
Prior dental front office or treatment coordination experience
Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance
Familiarity with third-party financing platforms (e.g., Sunbit, CareCredit)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Premium, patient-centered dental office environment
Frequent sitting, phone use, and computer work
Occasional walking between clinical and front office areas
Ability to lead emotionally significant, high-value conversations with warmth and professionalism
