Duties

- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights about audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve visibility in search results.
- Analyze media performance data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine campaigns and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads to maximize reach and ROI.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms including Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, photography, and web analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content writing for digital channels.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for market research and reputation management.
- Ability to analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for proofreading and crafting engaging narratives.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and overall social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
