A Level 1 Installation Technician is primarily responsible for the installation of smart devices to Bandera Networks’ standards and can travel in and out of the state, keeping themselves in line with Bandera Networks’ core values. You should be able to perform difficult and at times physically demanding tasks. You should be eager to help and learn the skills needed to move up to a Level 2 technician, as this is an entry-level position.
Installation of smart devices (thermostats, door locks, leak sensors, etc) within the given quality and speed parameters set in place by Bandera Networks.
Must seek permission and approval for all tasks unless instructed otherwise by a lead tech or supervisor.
Must maintain our core values while working and traveling from project to project.
Must be able to handle interactions with teammates, clients, tenants, and property management with the utmost professionalism.
Can keep and maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols per Bandera Networks policies and handbook.
Able to manage all necessary company software efficiently and communicate through it promptly.
They must adhere to their schedule and arrive early or on time for any assigned projects/work orders.
Will be required within their first 90 days to acquire the tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Must be adaptable and be able to take on any other tasks as assigned by their FIM/Supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
