We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-minded Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. You will teach water survival skills, fundamental swimming strokes, and advanced techniques to students of all ages and abilities. The ideal candidate fosters a positive, engaging, and highly secure environment in and around the pool.
- Developing effective swimming lessons based on student skill level
- Instructing individuals or small groups of students in the water
- Demonstrating various swimming techniques
- Observing students performing the strokes and providing feedback to help them improve
- Providing constant supervision to keep all swimmers safe
- Completing documentation and deciding when to move students to the next level
- Enforcing water safety and pool rules
- Sharing feedback with parents on the sessions
