We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and be capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.
Qualifications:
- Active NY State Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and legal research.
- Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Trial experience is a plus.
