Schaller Subaru will be expanding into a new, state of the art facility in the near future and are looking for the best available Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager. Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting walk around vehicle inspections, listening to customer needs, making skilled recommendations, and selling needed maintenance and repair work. The Main Lane Service Advisor must ensure customers’ concerns are addressed by working with technicians to determine what their vehicle will need and relay the information back to the customer along with an accurate and timely estimate.
To be a successful Service Advisor you should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry. Prior experience is required; Subaru experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and credentials:
Service Advising/Writing or Management experience
Strong track record of outstanding customer service
Knowledge of dealer operating systems is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a strong, fast-paced environment
Good personal organizational skills
Be extremely punctual and reliable
Must be available to work some Saturdays

Pay Range $65,000-$90,000
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
