What You'll Do
You will clean and detail residential and commercial spaces to our Premier standard. You will travel to job sites through the day, work on your own once you have been trained, and give clients a home or office they're glad to walk back into.

- No cleaning experience required, we offer free training.
Requirements
- Able to be on your feet for several hours and to bend, kneel, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs., with our without reasonable accommodation.
- You must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- You must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites throughout the day (mileage reimbursed).
- You own a smartphone and are comfortable using apps for scheduling, communication, and clocking in/out.
- We are looking for individuals who can commit to their agreed-upon schedule reliably
- We require neat appearance and a respectful, friendly attitude toward clients and teammates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude

Job Type: W2 - Part Time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience level; plus tips and performance bonuses
Expected Hours: 4-30 per week, based on availability and route needs
Service Area: Harford and Cecil Counties, Maryland
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
