Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are maintained
- Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and POS operations
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Familiarity with food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering in the food industry is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed
