Position Overview:
The Fry Cook is responsible for preparing fried foods according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cooking techniques, works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and pays attention to food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

Prepare fried foods, including appetizers, sides, and main dishes, according to the menu and recipes.

Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and consistency, maintaining high-quality standards.

Monitor fryer temperatures and oil levels, ensuring safe and proper operation.
Food Safety:

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, handling, and cooking of food.

Regularly clean fryers and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Inventory and Supplies:

Monitor the supply of ingredients needed for fried dishes and inform the kitchen manager of any shortages.

Properly store and label food items according to health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure all fried items are prepared and delivered on time.

Qualifications:
