The Raiderettes Game Day Entertainment Representative will assist in delivering an exceptional Raiderettes game day experience. This role supports all aspects of Raiderettes appearances and performances, including pre-game rehearsals, on-field presentations, concourse activations, halftime shows, and post-game engagements. Representatives will also support additional entertainment-related events throughout the year, gaining valuable exposure to event operations, customer service, and team collaboration in a high-energy environment.
Essential Job Functions:

Assist with Raiderette game day rehearsals, field presentations, and halftime shows.

Support Raiderette-led concourse and fan engagement activities.

Provide professional, courteous, and world-class customer service to guests, performers, and staff.

Coordinate logistics for Raiderette appearances during pre-game, halftime, and post-game events.

Ensure smooth execution of entertainment-related initiatives and assist with troubleshooting game day needs.

Collaborate with the Entertainment team and other departments to enhance overall game day experience.

Support additional internal entertainment-related events as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in event operations, entertainment, dance/cheer, or game day coordination preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and execute tasks with professionalism.

Energetic, reliable, and able to adapt quickly in a live event setting.

Availability to work all Raiders home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift.

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and operating warehouse/event equipment.
