We are seeking a kind, patient, and encouraging Respite Provider to support a child in the Eau Claire community. This role focuses on creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment while engaging the child in activities she enjoys and helping her build confidence and independence.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week
Pay: $14.13 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one respite care in community settings
- Engage the child in preferred activities such as:
o Park outings (swinging)
- Provide gentle reminders and cues for bathroom use
- Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times

Required Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children with Autism and PTSD
