Bespoke Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is a physician- and nurse practitioner-led concierge clinic in Georgetown. We offer injectables, advanced laser treatments, hormone replacement, peptide therapy, weight management, IV therapy, and regenerative care.
We're a small, hands-on team. This role spans clinical support and front-desk responsibilities — you'll be the steady hand that keeps both the schedule and the treatment day running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Structure: Contract-to-Permanent
Hours: Up to 40 per week
WHAT YOU'LL DO — CLINICAL
- Room patients, take vitals, document chief complaint, photograph treatment areas per protocol
- Assist providers during injectables, lasers (Clarity II, LaseMD, Hollywood Spectra, LAMPROBE), microneedling, PRP/PRF, and minor procedures
- Draw blood for lab panels and assist with hormone pellet insertions
- Set up and break down treatment rooms; maintain strict sterile technique
- Manage instrument cleaning, autoclave sterilization, and biohazard disposal
- Prep injectables and topicals per provider; document waste
- Track inventory and reorder clinical supplies before we run short
- Maintain accurate, legible charting; prep charts before each appointment and file promptly after
- Handle post-treatment patient education and aftercare instructions
WHAT YOU'LL DO — FRONT DESK & PATIENT FLOW
- Answer incoming calls and respond to texts and emails in a warm, professional voice
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments across multiple providers
- Greet patients at check-in; collect intake paperwork and consents
- Process checkout — collect payment, sell products, book the next visit before they leave
- Coordinate follow-up calls and post-treatment check-ins
- Keep the lobby and front-of-house clean and welcoming
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) credential required, current and in good standing
- 2+ years clinical experience; medspa, dermatology, or aesthetics strongly preferred
- Phlebotomy experience required (or willingness to certify within 60 days)
- Laser experience a plus; we'll train the right person
- Sharp eye for sterile technique and infection control
- Comfortable with PHI and HIPAA; legible, organized charting habits
- Front-desk poise: friendly on the phone, calm in a busy lobby, able to switch between clinical and admin tasks without losing the thread
- Calm, warm bedside manner — patients are often nervous before their first treatment
- High school diploma required; medical assistant program completion required
- BLS certification required (or willingness to certify within 30 days)
COMPENSATION
$24 – $28 per hour DOE, paid semi-monthly (up to 40 hours per week)
