Woofie's of Greater Jacksonville is one of the fastest-growing mobile pet care companies in Eastern North Carolina. We provide professional mobile grooming, pet sitting, and dog walking throughout Onslow, Pender, and surrounding counties.
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to become the communication hub of our business.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, staying organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you.
Work Location
This is a primarily remote position.
The majority of your work will be performed from home using our scheduling and communication systems.
In-person attendance is only required for:
- Team meetings
- Training sessions
- Occasional company events
These are typically scheduled in advance and held locally.
Applicants must live within or near our service area (Onslow, Pender, or New Hanover County) and have a strong understanding of the local geography.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule grooming and pet sitting appointments
- Coordinate daily schedules for our mobile team
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after appointments
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
- Maintain customer records
- Support daily operations and special projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day

- Familiar with the geography of the Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Hampstead, Hubert, and surrounding areas

Previous pet industry experience is not required. We can teach our systems—we're looking for someone with excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
