Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our 6 bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). We are currently hiring Full-Time position.

In this vital role, you will provide personalized care, assist with daily activities, and promote a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition to management.
- Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
- Ensure resident safety and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving, CNA, HHA, or RCFE experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background check and meet all RCFE employment requirements.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate attitude toward residents’ needs.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Schedule: Day Shift, Night Shift, Weekends, Holidays as Needed
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
