Chill Bros Scoop Shop – Shift Lead
Chill Bros is looking for high character and high energy individuals to lead our scoopers as we continue expanding in the Tampa Bay area! Here at Chill Bros, we are known for our delicious home-made ice cream and immaculate customer service. Since 2019, we have strived to create an environment that is exciting and inviting for customers and employees alike. We are looking for individuals with food service experience who can help us make Chill Bros an even more beloved place to work and eat.
Job Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- 25-35 hours
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior leadership role in the food/service industry or other relevant fields
- Weekend availability (Required)
- Day and nighttime availability
- Holiday availability (Excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Team-first mentality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding when dealing with conflict resolution
- Desire to lead young men and women
- Be happy and enthusiastic, we can teach you the rest!
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving customers on a day-to-day basis
- Monitoring team member attendance and tardiness
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized scoop shop
- Coordinating with store manager to improve/maintain restaurant standards
- Managing employee requests and complaints
- Training new and current team members on job tasks
- Reviewing/verifying completion of in-store check lists
- Resolving customer issues and conflicts
- Recording key requests from customers/vendors and reporting to store manager
- Issuing customer refunds and discounts
- Upholding company policy and official health safety standards
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Completing inventory stock counts
- Opening/closing the restaurants
Job Salary and Benefits:
- $20 - $24 (includes base hourly plus tips)
- 50% in store discount on all items

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
