Client Servicing Specialist
The Client Servicing Specialist plays a pivotal role in helping Merkle Retirement Planning families bring their retirement visions to life and keeping their retirement plans on track. Serving as a vital link between the Retirement Planners and clients, the Client Servicing Specialist is entrusted with the responsibility of delivering exceptional customer interactions that not only address clients' immediate needs but also cultivate enduring trust.
In this key position, the Client Servicing Specialist functions as a strategic partner in transforming clients' retirement dreams into tangible plans. They provide essential support, guidance, and a personalized touch that ensures Merkle Retirement Planning’s clients' financial journeys are both seamless and deeply meaningful.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Client Visit Preparation and Post-Visit Follow-Up: Prepare timely and accurate paperwork recommended by the Retirement Planner and Paraplanner prior to client visits and facilitate any post-visit transactions recommended by the Retirement Planner.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their retirement goals, needs, and aspirations. Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, offering insights and solutions tailored to their unique financial situations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for client account servicing and the liaison between the client and third-party financial companies. Answer client requests and questions via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our Retirement Planners to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Specialized Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on various retirement planning strategies, such as Social Security elections, Medicare, succession planning, etc.
- Team Support: Assist the Client Servicing Team in achieving shared goals and responsibilities.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (on-site)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hours 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
