We have built our own Salesforce-based CRM platform called 360 Improvement, which manages the entire lifecycle of our business, including:
- Call Center
- Sales (B2B & B2C)
- Measurements
- Ordering
- Warehouse
- Installation
- Service
- Accounting
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer to help us take the platform to the next level.
This is not a maintenance-only role. We are looking for someone who can build, innovate, automate, and integrate systems across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve Salesforce functionality.
- Build advanced Flows, Automations, and Custom Solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms.
- Connect APIs between Salesforce and external systems.
- Build integrations with:
- QuickBooks
- WhatsApp
- SMS Platforms
- Email Platforms
- Vendors and Manufacturers
- Scheduling Systems
- Create custom dashboards and reporting tools.
- Assist in designing future versions of our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with management and department leaders to improve business processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual work across departments.
- Document development projects and system architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Components (LWC)
- Flow Builder
- Validation Rules
- Custom Objects
- Reports & Dashboards
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Salesforce with QuickBooks.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business integrations.
- Experience with CRM implementation and process automation.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, or field service industries.
