What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns.

Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, while reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Support day-to-day operations by remaining visible throughout the location, providing directions and assistance when needed, and communicating clearly with site contacts and/or first responders during incidents.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
