Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking indviduals to join our team. Roles we are filling include asphalt laborers, luters, and also heavy equipment operators. Some of these roles are physically demanding andrequire attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have one or more of the following skills and experience:
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as pavers, skid steers, dump trucks, graders, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and front loader trucks
- Previous experience shoveling or luting asphalt
- Familiarity with paving techniques is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
