Pay: $37-75 per hour average, so around $250–$550/day

About the Role

Compensation
- 50% commission on new clients / 65% commission on returning clients (your repeat rate is a direct reflection of your work, and we want to reward that).
- $24 per hour for drive time between appointments (one-way pay on single-appointment days)
- $0.725 per mile reimbursement for use of your personal vehicle
- After 6 months, the option to use a company vehicle with gas reimbursement included.
What Makes Us Different
We specialize in anxious and special needs dogs. This is something we take seriously, and we are looking for groomers who genuinely excel with nervous or reactive pets. If that describes you, you will fit right in here. A few other things to know: we do not groom cats, but we do offer nail trims and select standalone services for feline clients with your comfort and approval. We work with a general guideline of 48 lbs for full haircuts and 70 lbs for bath services, though we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Support and Tools
You will not be doing this alone. Our founder Jayme is a groomer with over 13 years of experience and understands exactly what you need to succeed on the road. Her husband manages all admin, including incoming calls, quotes, booking, and rescheduling, so your focus stays on the dogs. We also use a dedicated grooming app to keep scheduling and client communication seamless.

Requirements
- 2+ years grooming experience
