Overview
Built Bold Services is hiring multiple team members for demolition, cleanouts, hauling, debris removal, and property service projects throughout Maryland.
Candidates will be placed as either a Laborer or Assistant Team Leader based on experience, reliability, and leadership ability. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial demolition
- Load and remove debris, furniture, appliances, and materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and project instructions
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Assistant Team Leaders may also help organize crews, assign tasks, track job progress, and report updates to management.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
- Able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- Comfortable with physical indoor and outdoor work
- Construction, demolition, hauling, moving, or leadership experience preferred
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Schedule and Pay
Part-time and project-based, with opportunities for more consistent hours. Pay is based on experience, position, and job responsibilities.
