We are looking for a reliable and friendly Crepe Maker / Team Member to operate our food trailer during evening hours. This role involves making crepes, taking customer orders at the POS, and maintaining a clean and organized trailer throughout the shift.
You will often be the primary person running the trailer during your shift.
ResponsibilitiesEvening Shift Duties (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Prepare, cook, and present crepes and dessert items
- Take orders using POS (Square)
- Handle customer interactions with a positive attitude
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Pre-Shift (Arrive by 5:30 PM)
- Turn on and preheat crepe machines and chocolate warmer
- Set up prep station and stock ingredients
- Ensure the trailer is clean and ready for service
Closing Shift (10 PM – approx. 10:30 PM)
- Clean and wipe down crepe machines and chocolate warmer
- Wash utensils, tools, and prep equipment
- Take out trash and secure the trailer
- Leave the trailer clean and ready for the next day
Requirements
- Must be able to work evening shifts consistently
- Ability to work independently (often solo in the trailer)
- Friendly and dependable with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with cleaning tasks throughout and after the shift
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Food Handler Certification
- Prior food service or crepe-making experience is a plus but not required (we provide training)
