Job Summary:
The Community Outreach at Texas Care South Park is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing outreach strategies to promote the organization’s services while ensuring compliance with Texas Medicaid and local, state, and federal healthcare marketing regulations. This role involves coordinating branding efforts, leading marketing campaigns, supporting franchise offices, and coordinating with administrative and corporate staff on outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Community Outreach & Execution:
○ Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the Texas Care mission.
○ Oversee digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
○ Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
○ Ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines and regulatory policies.
● Branding & Content Management:
○ Maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to Texas Care branding guidelines.
○ Create, review, and approve marketing collateral, including social media posts, flyers, and digital ads.
○ Utilize graphic designer tools and content creation to develop engaging materials.
● Coordination with Administrators:
○ Meet weekly with Administrative Coordinator and/or Administrative Assistant to review, plan, and improve outreach efforts.
○ Collaborate with Administrative staff to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
○ Submit weekly accounts of outreach activities.
○ Communicate outreach updates, trends, and strategies to relevant departments.
● Event Coordination & Outreach:
○ Assist franchise locations with outreach and promotion of community events.
○ Develop outreach materials to engage Medicaid members and potential clients.
○ Represent the organization at events.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience:
Experience in community outreach in healthcare or Medicaid-related services preferred.
Skills:
● Strong knowledge of branding, social media, digital, and local marketing strategies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Experience with marketing software, CRM tools, and content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in Medicaid or healthcare outreach is a plus.
● Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations related to community outreach is a plus.
● Leadership experience in a community outreach team or similar role is a plus.

Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per month
