We're looking for a high-energy Health and Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping people improve their health while also driving business growth. This role combines fitness coaching, member education, sales, client success, and community outreach into one rewarding position.
Position Overview
The Health and Wellness Coach serves as both a coach and a trusted advisor throughout the member journey.
You will guide members through OsteoStrong sessions, educate prospective clients about our services, conduct consultations, generate new business, and build lasting relationships that improve retention and referrals.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys coaching people, has a strong sales mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Health and Wellness Coaching
- Coach members through sessions using proper technique and safety protocols.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience during every visit.
- Educate members on bone health, posture, balance, strength, recovery, and healthy aging.
- Perform member baseline assessments and progress evaluations.
- Monitor member progress and celebrate improvements.
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivation.
- Learn and educate members on additional wellness services
- Maintain detailed member notes and documentation within company CRM.
- Support member retention through regular follow-up and relationship building.
Sales
- Conduct consultations with prospective members.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
