A high-ownership Business Operations seat reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own customer deployments end-to-end, from onboarding to optimization, and build operational processes from scratch as the company scales — balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking about delivering complex AI systems reliably.
What you'll be doing

Own end-to-end customer deployments, managing scope, timeline, and customer success metrics

Deploy AI agents into customer environments and iterate based on real-world performance data

Design and scale operational processes for multi-site customer rollouts

Communicate directly with research site networks to understand requirements and manage expectations

Build systems and workflows from scratch when playbooks don't exist

2-6 years startup, consulting, or banking ops experience

Top-10-15 school background required (Harvard, UPenn, similar)
