If psychological assessment is where you do your best work, we'd love to meet you.
Whether you're a fully licensed psychologist or a provisionally licensed psychologist working toward licensure, this position was designed for clinicians who enjoy the assessment process and want to spend more time doing the work they were trained to do.
Instead of worrying about finding referrals, marketing yourself, or managing the business side of private practice, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing thoughtful, comprehensive psychological evaluations while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
For provisionally licensed psychologists, you'll also receive supervision from an experienced licensed psychologist who is invested in helping you grow confidently toward full licensure.
Why This Role Might Be Right For You
- A steady stream of testing referrals so you can spend your time evaluating—not marketing.
- Testing is the priority. While there may be opportunities to provide therapy if you're interested, this position is built around psychological assessment.
- Experienced supervision for provisionally licensed psychologists.
- Administrative support from scheduling through final reports so you can focus on clinical work.
- Collaborative team environment with therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychologists who value consultation and quality care.
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Administer, score, interpret, and integrate psychological testing.
- Prepare clear, timely, and clinically meaningful evaluation reports.
- Provide diagnostic feedback and recommendations to clients and referral sources.
- Participate in case consultation with our multidisciplinary clinical team.
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Texas Licensed Psychologist or Provisionally Licensed Psychologist.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Someone looking to build a long-term professional home within a collaborative practice.
What You'll Gain
- Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure.
- Consistent referral volume.
- Structured onboarding and administrative support.
- Supervision for provisionally licensed psychologists.
- Opportunity to grow your assessment expertise alongside an experienced team.
- A practice that values quality over quantity and supports sustainable careers.
