Project New Hope
Project New Hope provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, as well as seniors with chronic health conditions. We are currently seeking an On-Call Direct Care Staff member to support our Transitional Housing program serving single adults living with HIV/AIDS.
Schedule :
- Sunday & Monday: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide active client observation and engagement
- Support residents with maintaining a safe and structured environment
- Complete required documentation and shift reports
- Perform general housekeeping and facility monitoring duties
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental health challenges preferred
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respond appropriately in crisis situations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be able to pass a background clearance
