Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)
Salary: $50,000 annually
Our client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Compression & Mastectomy Fitter to join their patient care team. This role works directly with individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery and those managing lymphedema, providing specialized fittings, education, and support to help improve comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a healthcare background who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in a hands-on clinical setting. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience or education in:
Nursing (RN, LPN, nursing student, or nursing coursework)
Massage Therapy
Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
Anatomy and Physiology
Medical Assisting or other patient-facing healthcare roles
Knowledge of lymphedema treatment and the Lymphedema Treatment Act is highly desirable.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform hands-on measurements and fittings
Comfortable educating patients and families
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate supplier portals, websites, and product catalogs
Ability to research products and identify appropriate garment options based on patient needs
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Please note: Proper garment sizing is critical to patient safety and treatment outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable learning specialized fitting techniques and exercising careful judgment when selecting products.
