Naia is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an enjoyable experience. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and have a love for the culinary arts, we would love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of food/beverage handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, 5 years minimum.
- Excellent/high energy customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to adapt/work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with handling cash/credit card payment methods.
- Ensures smooth operation of bar services.
- Attention to detail and presentation.
- Strong cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Collaborate closely with team to facilitate smooth service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
