Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member! In this energetic role, you will create an an experience, managing food and beverage orders, and ensuring smooth operations at the front of house. This is an hourly plus tip pool position.
Your personality and attention to detail will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel like friends and cared for from the moment they walk in. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your barista skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using TOAST POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, kitchen including dining spaces, bar stations, and service stations
- Stock and organize the market and gift section
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations
Experience
- Previous Barista, kitchen or restaurant experience is highly preferred,
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent guest relations abilities
- Handle high volume with critical thinking and foresee needs of the market.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures in the food industry

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
