Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Food and Beverage Support:
- Pick up food products for orders placed by the service staff and deliver meals to guests promptly and accurately.

Assist the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing for an optimal guest dining experience.

Set up the front line with the necessary equipment, plateware, and small wares to effectively serve all food products.
Station Maintenance:
- Keep the station restocked throughout the shift to ensure efficiency in service.

Clean large and small trays and tray stands to prepare for service.

Assist servers as needed to enhance the guests’ dining experience.
Safety and Compliance:
- Accomplish all job duties while adhering to safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift.

Report any unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents, and/or injuries to the chef or manager on duty.
Closing Duties:
- Correctly complete closing duties at the end of each shift, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Assist the Chef and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Complete all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by management.
Bar Support:
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels and glassware.

Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.

Check taps and appliances to confirm proper functioning, making minor repairs or changing out kegs as needed.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers, answering questions and professionally handling any complaints or concerns.

Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred.
