**BNB-BRIDGE – Part-Time Cleaners Needed**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking reliable, trustworthy part-time cleaners with availability from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. You can select your days of availability, and cleaning assignments will be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Pay is hourly with a minimum of $20 per hour. Earnings can increase based on the speed and efficiency of project completion and reliability with scheduling. This is a 1099 contractor position.
**Types of Cleaning Projects:**
- Airbnb Cleanings/Short-Term Rentals - up to 2 properties per day based on your availability.
**Qualifications:**
- Must own a modern smartphone with app capabilities
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to sign a simple contract
**Experience:**
- Previous cleaning experience is appreciated but not required
- Paid, mandatory training will be provided
- All cleaning supplies are provided
**Common Tasks:**
- Video walkthrough of the property upon arrival and photos based on the cleaning checklist after completion

- Maintaining short term rental supplies and inventory for each property
- Laundry
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and glass surfaces
- Making beds and changing duvet covers
- Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Dishwashing
- Exterior check (trash, straighten chairs, cornhole game pickup, etc)
- Hot tub cleaning (when applicable at the property)
