Lead residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations

Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code

Supervise helpers or junior installers

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

5+ years of HVAC installation experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices

Ability to lead a job from start to finish

Valid driver’s license
-
EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
$75,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance
