Collision Estimator / CSR - Auto Body Collision Repair
Description:
MiCar Collision Center is an Auto Body Repair Service Facility in Chesapeake, VA. As we are expanding our production, we are looking for a service advisor / customer service representative/ estimator for auto body repairs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Review damage to vehicles with customer to write collision repair cost estimate.
2. Evaluate to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage.
3. Write estimates using CCC One Workflow Software. Attach photos, notes, and documents as needed.
4. Provide customer service for customer repairs in progress and appointments.
5. Assist with parts management.
6. Assist with processing of supplemental damage submissions.
7. Assist with general office tasks as needed, including advertising, marketing, profit analysis, efficiency improvements, administrative tasks, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience working as an auto repair advisor / estimator.
2. Punctual attendance
3. Valid drivers license
4. Good work ethic and team player.
