About the location:
Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.
The Bartender provides exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs by providing expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. The Bartender is responsible for assisting with product inventory, bar supplies, and objectives that managers set for the bar. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craft cocktails, guest connection, and delivering an elevated bar experience. Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of wine list, classic cocktail recipes and specialty drinks.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the Servers using the resort’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
Assist in drink development, promotions/special events, product inventory, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments, and any other related task.
Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
