Job Summary
Team Enoch is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to support our residential HVAC Installation Department.
This is a hybrid field and office leadership role designed for someone who enjoys developing people, improving installation quality, solving problems, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HVAC Installation Director to ensure our installation teams consistently deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Installer or Installation Supervisor looking to take the next step into leadership while helping build and grow one of the fastest-growing HVAC departments in Texas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform field inspections on residential HVAC installations
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and identify installation deficiencies
- Coach installers and helpers on proper installation techniques
- Hold installation teams accountable for workmanship, safety, and company standards
- Investigate callbacks and determine root causes
- Develop action plans to reduce warranty claims and callback rates
- Train new installers and assist with ongoing employee development
- Standardize installation practices across all crews
- Conduct ride-alongs and jobsite evaluations
- Verify jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and code compliant
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
- Resolve installation issues before they become customer problems
- Monitor technician performance using KPIs and quality metrics
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
- Assist with difficult installations and provide technical support when needed
- Ensure proper documentation, photos, and job completion records are submitted
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the department

Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising HVAC installers
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Thorough understanding of HVAC codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
