Highly motivated professional that utilizes experience and knowledge to effectively operate and manage a premier high-volume restaurant
- Excellent customer service

Proven organizational, time management and solution-based skills

Professional experience in developing service and bar staff, ongoing training of steps of service and beverage knowledge

Ability to motivate service staff in a team environment

Previous upper-level management experience required either as an AGM or GM and showing professional longevity
- Previous experience controlling a seasonal beverage program to include beer, spirits and wine

Solid background with conducting weekly / monthly inventories and generating costs

Prior experience with scheduling FOH departments

Current ServSafe and Tips certifications peferred
