Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Food Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting orders from our to kitchen facility to our customers’ locations, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable driving various types of vehicles, including box trucks, while handling food deliveries with care.
Duties
- Safely load, unload, and transport food orders using appropriate vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans.
- Follow designated delivery routes efficiently to ensure prompt service.
- Assist with loading and securing deliveries
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions during delivery drop-offs.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving tasks associated with loading supplies or equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery area at all times.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made, including times and recipient details.
Experience
- Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services preferred.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Experience with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
