Position Summary
We are looking for an outgoing, fashion-loving Sales Associate & Brand Ambassador to join our team! In this role, you will deliver top-tier customer service, help style our clients and their home while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing shop floor, and help create engaging social media content that drives foot traffic and online engagement.
In-Store Experience & Sales
- Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, listen to their style preferences, and provide personalized styling advice.
- Store Operations: Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns, and keep inventory organized.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully styled boutique floor. Assist with restocking inventory, tagging items, and refreshing window displays.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in home decor or clothing retail sales, fashion styling, or customer service is preferred. Required to lift 30 pounds.
- Fashion & Trends Interest: A passion for home decor, apparel, accessories, and styling with an eye for current visual trends.
- Communication: Friendly, energetic, and highly relatable with strong verbal and writing skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and local event days in Parkville.
