We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and charismatic Content Creator & Live Shopping Host to become an on-camera personality for our growing live-shopping business.
You will host interactive live shopping shows on Whatnot, showcase jewelry and accessories, talk with viewers, tell stories, create excitement around products, and help us build a fun community of repeat customers.
You do NOT need previous Whatnot experience.
We are much more interested in your personality, confidence, creativity, communication skills and camera presence. We can teach you the platform and products.
What You'll Do
- Host entertaining live shopping shows on camera
- Present jewelry, accessories and other products to viewers
- Talk continuously and confidently during livestreams
- Interact with viewers through live chat
- Create excitement and energy around auctions and products
- Tell stories and make products interesting and relatable
- Encourage viewers to participate, bid and return for future shows
- Help develop creative ideas for livestreams and social media content
- Build relationships with repeat viewers and customers
- Represent our brand with a fun, positive and professional personality

Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, livestreaming, acting, theater, content creation, sales, retail, hospitality, modeling, broadcasting or hosting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay + performance-based bonuses
Compensation will depend on experience, availability and on-camera ability.
There is significant opportunity for additional earnings for hosts who are able to grow audiences and generate strong sales.
Schedule
Part-time with opportunities for additional hours as our live-shopping business grows.
Some evening and weekend availability may be preferred because live-shopping audiences are often most active during these times.
