Job Summary Recruitment Specialist
TOP Early Learning Centers is seeking a results-driven Student and Staff Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about growing enrollment, attracting exceptional talent, and building meaningful community relationships. Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase enrollment and staff across TOP Early Learning Centers
- Build strong partnerships with local schools, pediatric offices, community organizations, and family networks
- Conduct tours of TOP centers and host enrollment events for prospective families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, tours, enrollments and employee recruitment
- Represent TOP Early Learning Centers at community events, resource fairs, and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to promote programs, events, enrollment and staff recruitment campaigns
- Follow up with prospective families to nurture relationships and convert interest into enrollment
- Generate and close leads in order to meet monthly goals
- Track and report enrollment/ employment data, trends, and outreach effectiveness
- Perform other duties as required
Work Environment
- Primarily based at TOP Early Learning Centers locations with regular community outreach
- Occasional evenings and weekends for events and family engagement activities
- Local travel between centers and community locations required
- Business casual dress
Experience and Education for Recruitment Specialist
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Services, or related field required and/or
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, outside/inside sales or customer acquisition experience
- Target driven with demonstratable ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience proving one-on-one guidance or advice (e.g. academic advising, career counseling, college guidance)
- Proven experience planning and running outreach events
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for early childhood education and supporting families
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and community outreach
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and office software

Work Location: In person
