We’re looking for a Sales Consultant in the Birmingham market to join our industry-leading home remodeling company. If you have experience in home exterior sales — especially in windows, decking, or patio products — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
- Engage with pre-qualified leads — no cold calling required.
- Conduct in-home consultations to design solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and two Saturdays per month.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Meet a minimum of two appointments per day and consistently follow up with clients.
- Use company-provided systems and tools to track and manage leads effectively.

- Proven sales experience — home improvement or design-related experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow with a high-performing team.
