Ensures all software and cyber tools delivered under the program meet quality, functionality, and security standards. Responsible for developing and executing test plans, regression testing, and compliance validation.
- Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and automated test scripts.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate sprint outputs.
- Perform regression testing and defect validation.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to refine requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Marine Corps and DoD security standards.
- Support user acceptance testing with operators and mission stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- 5+ years software testing and evaluation experience.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of RMF compliance and cybersecurity validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred.
