Duties
- Monitor the club premises and perform regular visual inspections to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Enforce club policies by checking IDs, managing entry points, and controlling access to prevent underage drinking or unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations peacefully.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Demonstrated understanding of security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patrons, team members, law enforcement officials, and emergency responders.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform patrol duties efficiently throughout the shift.
