Thrive Pelvic Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned outpatient pelvic health practice dedicated to providing one-on-one, evidence-based care for women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We believe exceptional patient outcomes begin with giving therapists the time, mentorship, and autonomy they need to do their best work.
We’re looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist who is passionate about women’s health and wants to grow in pelvic rehabilitation within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Educate patients on exercise, bladder and bowel health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and lifestyle modifications
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for pelvic health and women’s health
- Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are happy to mentor a motivated therapist eager to specialize.
